Sister, wife, friend, daughter, and aunt. I started practicing yoga thirteen years ago And I have been teaching for five. This practice has played such a big role in my life as a student and teacher. I teach for my passion, work, to educate and share love for yoga.

We often spend our days trying to get through them rather than live them. Yoga has taught and continues to teach me to live the whole day- don’t rush it. The classes I guide are challenging yet powerful, fun and spiritually healing. there is strong breath and intentional movement. I like to play around with sequencing, encourage physical and spiritual growth, while inspiring people to connect to themselves and others. my intention is for my students to feel everything. I hope they develop the love and passion I have for this practice.

“Because being calm in the midst of chaos is a sign of true power.”

The word yoga means "to yolk" (to connect). It is that simple, yet so difficult at the same time. Over the last 13 years I have practiced yoga both on and off my mat and it has completely changed my life. What people don't realize about the yoga practice is that it is constant work and the "yolking" isn't as easy as flowing from warrior one to warrior two, or nailing a headstand but rather connecting the inhales and the exhales to each movement to allow yourself to be present. To be in your breath, body, and soul and to leave the mind behind you. To purely accept what is right now.

I don't stop. (which is why i practice so much yoga) I love to constantly explore new places, restaurants, countries, friendships, business opportunities, music, and love to listen to others talk. I learn so much about life and myself through doing all these things. And this is what gives me inspiration, energy, and the will and drive to do and see more.

I am a true lover of life (if you cannot tell already) and I believe that translates in everything that I do. My yoga classes are challenging yet informative. Dynamic and sweaty. My personality comes through in my teaching and I effort to get people out of their comfort zones as well as find peace, calm and clarity.

My mission is to continue to share this incredible practice to bring more acceptance, love and peace to everything you do.

Sister, wife, daughter, friend, ever-evolving momma-of-two. I'm enthusiastic about a lot. I love really hard. I bring vulnerability to my mat and malas (; And there, I work towards balance and calm.

I'm never bored.

I like feeling small in a big environment. Which is why I've called home to both the biggest cities and the biggest mountains. I enjoy being out of my element.

I like the challenge, but I like the experience more. I want to know and see EVERYTHING. My desire for opportunity and new experiences can be exhausting.

Music, food and nature make me feel the most alive. And enjoying them with my family and friends makes me happiest.

I'm good at seeing the best in everything and everyone. I truly do believe that recognizing one person's good and truth can make the world a better place.

The light in me, recognizes and honors the light in you. Shine bright, friends!

Catch me if you can. From running, to barre and yoga, I get my sweat on. I love switching up my workouts to keep me feeling strong and balanced. Acknowledging and listening to my body, and specifically what it needs each day, is so important physically and mentally.

I am a healthy passionate experimenter in the kitchen. Cooking relaxes me while I listen to music and get in the zone. Creating new and healthy dishes for me and my family fills my heart and brings me joy.

I am curious, patient, and collected. I like to listen rather than be heard. I am a mother, daughter, wife, sister, aunt, friend, and lover of life.

Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self. It is confusing, scary, calming, relaxing, and powerful all at the same time. But what is so amazing about it, is that it can be whatever you want it to be. Depending on your mood, what you are searching for that day, your practice will shift.

Yoga has taught me to listen to my body, become fearless on my mat + honest in my heart. It is a safe place to show up exactly as you are.

Slow steady deep breaths in, long full calm breaths out. Let’s continue this journey.

Mama, ( of my Four Loves)/ nurturer/traveler/foodie

I was first introduced to yoga back in the early 90's, at a time my life was crazy with 4 little girls. Back then, I was doing a lot of high impact work outs which in retrospect seems suitable (or so you would think) to my high impact life. There was never a moment to slow down. I remember taking a few classes , thinking this is not for me.

I tried again about 10 years later, and discovered a practice and a part of myself I have never known. I often reflect back to that time and think how much I would have benefited from this knowledge during that crucial time in my life.

The beauty is, it's never too late. Yoga has brought an incredible calmness into my life and the ability to explore deep within. It is powerful, intense and peaceful all at the same time. Whether it be a good sweaty fast pace flow, or a restorative class where we focus on breath, and meditation; both have immense outcomes.

When I teach, it's a gift. I get to share my knowledge of not only the practice but the inspiration that has led me to where I am today.
